erms & Conditions – The Ritz-Carlton Immersions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase and redemption of all The Ritz-Carlton Immersions offered by The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna.

1. General

By purchasing a The Ritz-Carlton Immersion, the purchaser agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Each The Ritz-Carlton Immersion is valid solely for the specific experience for 2 guests, selected at the time of purchase and may only be redeemed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Reservation Required

The purchase of a The Ritz-Carlton Immersion does not constitute a confirmed reservation.

To complete the booking, the purchaser must contact our Concierge Team at concierge.vienna@ritzcarlton.com.

All reservations are subject to availability and are considered confirmed only upon written confirmation by The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna.

We recommend contacting our Concierge Team well in advance to arrange your preferred date.

3. Validity

The Ritz-Carlton Immersions are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

Any unused immersion will automatically expire after the validity period. Extensions, refunds, or exchanges are not available.

4. Pricing

The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna reserves the right to adjust prices at any time.

Should the price of the purchased immersion increase prior to redemption, the hotel reserves the right to request payment of the applicable price difference before confirming the reservation.

5. Availability

All The Ritz-Carlton Immersions are subject to availability.

Experiences may be affected by seasonal availability, weather conditions, partner availability, or other operational requirements.

The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna reserves the right to modify, substitute, or discontinue individual experiences. Whenever possible, a comparable alternative experience will be offered.

6. Redemption

A The Ritz-Carlton Immersion may only be redeemed for the specific experience purchased.

It cannot be redeemed for accommodation, other hotel services, or food and beverage offerings outside the selected experience.

Redemption for cash, credit, or exchange is not permitted, except where required by applicable law.

Partial redemption is not permitted.

7. Transferability

Unless otherwise specified, a The Ritz-Carlton Immersion may be transferred to another person prior to redemption.

Commercial resale is strictly prohibited.

8. Cancellation & No-Show

Cancellation and rescheduling policies vary depending on the selected experience and will be communicated by our Concierge Team during the reservation process.

Failure to attend without prior notice may result in the immersion being forfeited without refund or replacement.

9. Loss or Damage

The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.

Replacement vouchers cannot be guaranteed.

10. Force Majeure

The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna shall not be held liable if an immersion cannot be provided due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, government regulations, public health measures, or other events of force majeure.

Where reasonably possible, an alternative date or comparable experience will be offered.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna shall only be liable for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit any mandatory statutory consumer rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Austria.

Mandatory provisions of Austrian consumer protection law shall remain unaffected.

To the extent permitted by law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Vienna, Austria.
